We’re hiring!

Any of these roles sound like the perfect fit?

PT Project Manager (Remote)

Hi there!

Are you the kind of person who thrives on keeping things organized and on track? Do you get immense satisfaction from seeing projects run smoothly and hitting deadlines? If yes, keep reading — we might be the perfect fit for you!

About Me and Our Business
I’m Amber, the owner of a boutique ads agency and education business. We help online business owners grow by managing ads, creating courses and programs, and producing engaging content.

We’re a small team of three full-time team members, supported by amazing contractors when needed. Two of us have ADHD, so we bring a lot of creativity and energy to our work — but, as you might imagine, staying on top of timelines can sometimes be a challenge!

We use Asana, Slack, and Google Drive to manage our projects, and we’ve always got multiple balls in the air. Our biggest hurdle right now? Deadlines sometimes fly past because I (yes, me) get distracted by shiny new ideas or urgent client tasks.
I’m an ENFP, Obliger, and Enneagram Type 3, which basically means I love external accountability. I work best when I have someone nudging me and the team to keep us on track — and that’s where you come in!

About the Role
This is a flexible, part-time role perfect for someone who loves systems, hates overdue tasks, and enjoys helping others stay organized. Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Morning Check-In: Spend 30 minutes reviewing our inboxes and Asana, spotting anything overdue or urgent. Then, create a Slack post tagging team members with a “where is this?” to-do list.
  • Afternoon Follow-Up: Check back in for 15 minutes to follow up on those tasks.
  • Team Meetings: We meet twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 am UK time) for 30 minutes. Attendance is optional if it doesn’t suit your time zone.
In total, this is about 45 minutes a day, Monday to Friday.
The goal? Help us hit deadlines, keep the team running smoothly, and make those little red overdue tags disappear for good!

What We’re Really Looking For
We need someone who:
  • Lives for organization and thrives on structure.
  • Really hates overdue tasks and is happy to follow up (politely but persistently) until things get done.
  • Loves checking things off a to-do list and seeing projects move forward.
  • Is comfortable nudging team members — even me — when deadlines are approaching or missed.
  • Understands how creative, fast-paced teams work (bonus points if you’ve worked with people who have ADHD!).
You don’t have to be in the UK, but some overlap with our working hours would be helpful.

How to Apply
If this sounds like you, send me an email at [insert email address] with the subject line: “Project Manager Application.” In your email, please include:

  1. A little about yourself and what you’ve been working on up until now.
  2. Your experience with tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Drive.
  3. A brief example of how you’ve helped a team stay on track in the past.
  4. You availability, time zone and preferred hourly rate.
We can’t wait to hear from you!
Amber
